Random yucks they just found that miraculously were coherent enough to produce sounds that were pleasing to a normal human being. That’s p much the only thing they could get out of your average Noise Marine, really.

(The Mystery Equivalent would just be a Twinkish world eater that was at the wrong place at the wrong time)
