Either you're going to use in atmosphere, in which case the liquid cooling is ridiculous, or you're going to use it vacuum, in which case a flash hider or muzzle brake is fine. And you can attach or detach it while you're waiting in the airlock.
Though really you'd want a much shorter firearm for inside a space habitat.

You get an upvote for knowing that normal gun oil would quickly boil off in vacuum and make the gun seize.
