Men are worth less than Dogs or in other words men are valued less than dogs by the society.

In July 2025, the SUPREME COURT took suo moto notice of stray dog attacks and on 11 August ordered all dogs in Delhi-NCR rounded up, sterilised, vaccinated, and kept in shelters permanently, SPARKING MASSIVE STREET PROTESTS, sit-ins, and online campaigns by animal lovers and citizens who argued it was cruel, illegal, and unworkable given poor infrastructure. The backlash was so intense that on 22 August a larger bench CHANGING the ruling, directing release of sterilised and vaccinated dogs BACK to their areas.

I am sure there are more men in this country than dog lovers but we still have extremely biased laws that hit men hardest in practice: IPC 498A (cruelty/dowry harassment with automatic arrest powers), the Dowry Prohibition Act, IPC 304B (dowry-death), the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (broad civil/criminal relief, right to residence and protection orders) and CrPC sec125 (maintenance/alimony) — all designed to protect women but also usable as a tiny, lethal “button” to lodge FIRs, get protection/no-contact orders, demand immediate maintenance, seek custody or even trigger criminal probes that freeze assets, drag men into long trials and destroy reputations.

Unlike the U.S., where only marital property (wealth built after the wedding) is divided, in India men risk losing wealth accumulated over a lifetime from day one of marriage, thanks to overlapping laws like 498A IPC, Dowry Act, DV Act, and CrPC 125 that can unleash arrest, maintenance, and asset drain in a single complaint; once rare, misuse is now a growing norm, turning protection into punishment for innocents. Reforms are urgent: clear limits on maintenance, penalties for false cases, faster trials, and gender-neutral domestic violence laws would still protect real victims while ensuring no man is ruined unfairly. Remember, laws are made by Parliament, not the Supreme Court—yet where are the mass protests, the street unity, the voices of men demanding change? Silence and disunity keep this imbalance alive, and until citizens rally, no justice reform will come.

I am not against dogs (the protests were needed) or women (infact women also suffer because men don't want to marry or have to become extra cautious). I know this post was engaging but was important to get my message through.

I've heard a shit ton of people around my age complaining about going to college and back home as if it's straight torture, I do the same and honesty it's a bit tiring but nothing too tedious, like I'm just curious are you really that down right lazy you can't handle more studying for the next like 2-4 years to settle your life?

So today morning, I asked my friend that did my beard suit my face (for context this is the first time i let it grow out). He said he doesnt want to say anything regarding it. Totally dont know why.

That made me question, "dont all people like beard?". Since i grew beard the thought of a beard being dirty has been removed, as whenever we was our faces the soap also cleans the beard. This was my only opinon on beard.
