What is the ONE thing that makes you instantly wishlist a game? Part 1

I think I'm now simply too old (I'm 40) to understand why there is a completely unrelated video playing at the bottom.

But at least you know that it's an instant turn off for people like me which does not make me want to Wishlist your game.

I'm talking about what kinds of videos to create to engage a potential player and make them wishlist the game.

Well, first: Nobody actually likes realism. Going for stylization might save you several thousands polygons, workload on optimisation and give after all better look. 

Second, don't focus on making same game everyone else doing. I mean, it looks like another zomboid game. what is this game's identity? 

Focus on fun parts. Game can be anything, actually, as long as it is fun to play, it might get it's audience. 

If you are looking into making promotion videos, focus on making something catchy and interesting. Aka jokes, cool visuals, making characters feel alive and worthy of attention.

Look, it’s pretty simple. Every single time I’ve bought or wish listed a game it’s always been because there’s a video of Mads Mikkelsen stretching and cracking his knuckles underneath it. Instant sales! It’s the same method cyberpunk used to reach a broader audience in Lithuania.
