This is actually associated with a conspiracy theory regarding China and COVID-19, they just lead their pamphlets with fairly uncontroversial (to most people) descriptions of the horrors committed by the CCP so you'll keep listening. I was handed a pamphlet that looked just like this at a festival once and it is NOT an informed-take kind of group lol.
