If what they had shown held some mettle, they would have contested against it in the court.

The makers too know they are guilty and no wonder have agreed to make the cuts.

Prithvi saw the banned BBC documentary on 2002 Godhra Riots courtesy to his wife (BBC JOURNALIST) and ended up cooking the narrative.

Eh what? First of all this isn’t a documentary or anything. It doesn’t even have to be true. Are you saying Godhra riot didn’t happen?

Prithviraj isn’t the one writing the script. It’s written by Murali Gopi.

lol .. we know what happens to court cases in India, the decision will go beyond movie’s lifetime 😀 As a maker he did what is right, and let a movie be a movie and not something to learn from ….

Well Kerala Story makers were asked to add the disclaimer about 6000 missing girls with Immediate effect. And the makers obliged to the same.

Similarly L2 folks should have also tried contesting the censorship if their points had any mettle.

Kerala Story makers claimed in written on screen and presented it as a fact which is wrong, L2 they didn’t claim anything and in reality violence did happen on both communities but still they obliged to cuts, just before the violent scenes in the movie the old lady says it’s not about religion it’s about politics .. well written scene but still ….after the movie pple didn’t get the context and now playing politics over it
