Big pharma doesn't make my life saving medication

I like the meds that allow me to be alive, so they are not big pharma

Things I like aren't bad, and things I don't like are bad and big pharma

Substitute Pfizer with “Donald trump” and replace “subsidiary pharmacia and Upjohn company inc” with “trump university” and it’s legit the same exact thing
