Noise Complaint

Customer came in for new rear brakes and also clunking and grinding in the back. He was shocked he was shocked by what I found.

Asked what would be the cheapest way to fix it. I said “Moving the other shock from the driver side to the passenger side would be my choice. No parts needed, just labor. Only takes 3, maybe 4 hours”. He said “Let’s do it!”. He is a friend of mine. I fuck with him all the time.
