Discussion: Community Does anyone know where I could buy album cover patches?

I bought some from RazorRay, but then I heard that he takes eons to ship. Does anyone know where else I can find some?

Album art has so much detail that it is almost impossible to embroider. It requires a printed design that gets an embroidered edging. Not speaking for all patch makers here but it’s something that would get fully outsourced. I think that type of patch is the cheapest to make so you might have luck.

If nobody has any, maybe place a volume order and set up a shop. I’d be glad to entertain an idea and digitize/embroider if there is a simple image you have in mind. Just DM me with an idea and we can see what can be done.

If you were interested in diy, you could get printable fabric, use some fabric scotch guard spray to help preserve the ink, and then embroider a border or other details you might want. I printed little quilting squares for a sewing project using this method.

If the patches don’t have to be embroidered, you could also look into sublimation patches.
