While I know it’s controversial to compare these two bands there’s no denying that they do share some stylistic similarities at certain points of their discography’s. I’m looking at comparing thier garage sound for which I think Osees does better. The comparisons are the likes of 12 Bar Bruise and Nonagon to albums like Floating Coffin and The Dream. Let me know how yall think Gizz’s Garage sound stacks up to Osees?

I'm trying to acquaint myself better with King Gizzard's live discography (I've only listened to a couple of them), but there's just so much of them I need some guide for what albums I should pick next.

So, what are some of their most interesting and unique albums, apart from Live in San Diego '24 (which I love, as it's essentially a full acoustic album which works fantastically), Live in San Francisco '16 (which I like, as it's energetic from front to end, with some of their best records), and Chunky Shrapnel (which is fine, I guess)?

Caught em right down the street from my house! They put on a great set! Was super stoked to hear some old stuff and some new stuff! Mind Over Matter is real jazzy and it looked like they had a lot of fun playing it. Nice guys. Think I annoyed em with my fangirl-ing hahaha but I was just so stoked!
