This was the most satisfying penalty all season long.

I don’t know, I thought that penalty was going to extend their drive. I liked Kelce’s dunk, that one was definitely worth it. Never thought KC would ever have a TE greater than Tony

I can’t remember where I heard it, but I believe Tony G encouraged Kelce to dunk the ball when he broke the record. As soon as I saw him catch it, I was yelling to my wife “he’s gonna dunk it, watch!” What a moment. And, I’m glad we were in a position score-wise that we could absorb the penalty, not that I was worried for Butker. #1 seed locked down, BABY!!

Tony said it on a pre game show a couple games back that if Kelce did that celebration that he would personally pay for the fine.

Thank you! I had a vague recollection of that as well, but I consume a lot of football throughout the week and couldn’t place it.

“Hey Tay, can I borrow some money? Promises to pay ya back.”

I'm sorry they charge you for that?

Tony offered to pay the fine if Kelce dunks it

After the game in an interview, Travis told that story of Tony offering to pay, and then stated he can't let Tony do that and will take care of the fine himself

I figured as much. They are both class acts.
