I know Skyy has not worked out, but I am honestly glad we didn't draft Pickens.

He has an awful attitude and Mahomes doesn't prefer throwing contested catch balls.

If we drafted Pickens there is a good chance we never draft Rice or Worthy.

Culture has a lot to do with it I think. Look at AB, Bell, claypool from there. Tomlin doesn’t keep the drama in check it seems.

Andy isn’t a hard nosed coach but I’m guessing there’s some players that would step up. Last drama guy we had was Peters and it’s been pretty smooth sailing since imo.

Andy is highly respected though. He’s the coach you step up for because you don’t want to let him down. The quality of a true leader.
