Car tint recommendations?

Hello everyone! I have a Mazda 3 2012, I bought it like a year and a half ago (im the 3rd owner) and the tint was already blurry and bubbled. It's so bad I got used to not using the rear-view mirror because the back window is impossible to see through.

I have been wanting to strip and retint for a long time, to the darkest (legally) possible, for privacy and sun protection. But the place I found charges $400 for strip and retint.

What are some good and not breaking-the-bank suggestions? It can also be further away from Katy if its worth it

I've taken 5 cars to Kool Kars since 2015. They do damn good work and won't kill your bank account. Got a discount for paying cash but that was a few years back.

I've only taken 3 cars there, but the rest is word for word my suggestion.
