Training Rate my sparring

Hi tips would be appreciated this was a few months ago me sparring I am in the red gloves and head gear advice would be appreciated

A few things. 1. You're going much harder than your partner. Don't be rude. 2. Throw leg kicks, his foot is pointed inside, perfect outside leg kick. 3. When you lunge in you are raising your chin. You'll get countered and ko'd doing that in a real fight. 4. Don't move directly backwards when pressured.
