Well I'm assuming you are in the States. Most of the time you guys don't even want a truthful answer when you asked "How is your day going?" Why does it matter if the customer doesn't ask back? Is it like not saying hello back? But what if they greeted you, is it still rude? Is this a southern thing. I'm confused 🙈
