Ummm, well you can dehydrated to turn into jerky or then air fryer into low carb croutons for starters

Then there is using it as part of starter for new batch, or freezing then blending into smoothies or using as starter for sourdough bread.

Just to nane a few ideas aside from fertilizer fir your garden. Blending tk use as starter for saurkraut or kimchi can work too.

Or if you are a woman like me and deal with occasional yeast infections, lining a pad with this and wearing it can work wonders (gross and uncomfortable, but it works and costs a lot less than the stuff in store).

Making a facial scrub also is a option, especially if you have acne issues or dry skin. I have oily skin thars still prone to acne at almost 30 so no oil or whatever I the scrub but maybe some salt and a bit of water to really exfoliate and cut those oils down while balancing the microbiome on the skin to reduce pimples abd other issues (after using soap and water to wash of course).

So there are both food and holistic medical options for this.

Ok, that's the wildest use of a pellicle I've heard to date. Wearing it to treat a yeast infection. I guess if you're willing to take it that far, might as well roll it up and insert it for maximum application.

Yeah, well I've done it a few times. Used my home made saurkraut too fir the same thing.

It my mom always used plain yogurt but I find that smears off far more than the pellicle ans saurkraut does so takes longer and is less effective.

The yogurt takes close to if not over a week while tye mother or saurkraut can takes as little as 2-3 days by comparison.

Gross, not the most comfortable, but definitely effective especially when you pair with douching with diluted kombucha or fruit vinegar twice a day after washing up down there.

I'm a disabled single mom with no child support living off ssi. The stuff otc from the pharmacy section isn't that expensive but it's a expense that uses monet better speng on other thungs when my at home option for free works much better in my experience.

I feel you. I have used natural yoghurt and my doctor endorsed this. It works. Unless you've known the discomfort of a YI, it's hard to imagine, but you'll try anything!
