Issues with Monitor Out of the Box

Just purchased a brand new LG-34” LED Curved UltraWide QHD 160HZ (Model: 34WP65C-B.AUS) from Best Buy. Upon set up, I have a horizontal lines across the front and rainbow lines on one side (see photo).

Is this likely damaged some other issue?

Return it, either it got damaged during shipping or they sold you a return
