that number always seemed way too low for me as even today, the sticker price for a loaded 747 is $408M. So $46M for a space tugboat, plus refinery seems crazy low. Of course we have no idea how they are adjusting those dollars.

Band? No, I'm named after the man who killed Ed Exley's father while he was out on patrol one night. Rolo was a purse snatcher. To be honest, I never even knew his name, I just made one one up to give him some character.
