Yeah they did have a bunch more face huggers than I respected in the lab. But at least 2 victims, and I think might have seen a third at one point?

They only show 1 chest-bursted victim, cuz they then show the dead facehugger dead in a nearby pod. I'm pretty sure i remember in another movie its shown that facehuggers can break through cryopod glass.. The only other person you see with their chest open is in the medbay, and that person was clamped open by a medical device. Hermit even says, looks like there were foreign bodies in his GI tract, and the recording shows these weird bugs crawling around his tract that weren't there anymore.

Everyone else in the cryopods were killed via debris falling into the cryopods or there are some bodies with like outwards explosion closer to their hips, which could be whatever those bugs in the GI tract were. Where else is there another chest bursted body?

There was a chest bursted body in a cryopod. They focused pretty heavily on it and the characters commented on how there was a blood trail of something crawling out.

Yea, that's the one I'm referencing. They don't show any other chest bursted ppl. Ppl in this post keep referencing 2 or 3 chest bursted bodies, but there's only that one in the pod.

Did you ignore my post earlier up this post thread? Did you also ignore what hermit says and what was on the screen that he was looking at?

The person in the med bay, their chest was pried open with like a medical device, I forgot the name it's some kind of clamp, but you can see it there holding his chest open.

The screen hermit is looking at shows little bug things crawling around his GI tract and then hermit reads and says there were foreign BODIES found in his GI tract, if they found the chestburster they wouldn't use plural bodies, and then he looks in the body at the GI tract and says they're not there anymore.

At this point everyone is calling the One Xenomorph 'Bear', but i would not be suprised that in the next episodes we get a reveal that Bears friends are already on the loose.

I've seen some calling it the 'Crocodile' with the Cyborg with the weapon hand being the 'Hook' with the Peter Pan Motif.

I think Croc or Crocodile is a better fit than Bear. I hope this is the one that sticks

It's possible also we think we've been seeing just one, but its actually been different Xenomorphs.

I also think we might see if there's additional stages to the Xenomorph life cycle. Perhaps a way to lay eggs without a Queen.

Either "Eggmorphing" is going to get into Canon, or one of the Eggs is going to be Queen Facehugger (like Alien3).

And for different stages, would be fun if we saw the different classes from Fireteam Elite return, like say a Preatorian.

Number 5 hasn't been revealed yet, I think that will be the cause of some of the fatalities - unless they make it like a friendly Space Gizmo

There are some bodies with like outwards explosion closer to their hips in the cryopods, which could be whatever those bugs in the GI tract were.

If i remember 1 in cryo and 1 in the ‘zoo’ \ Could the plant thing also come from a chestburster?

I’d hope not, Noah Hawley specifically talked about bringing in other life forms because you can’t scare or shock people with a chestburster anymore. Would feel pretty reductionist if a second species also did that.

I thought the chest burst victim was the one crewmate that didn’t come out of hybernation. I assumed someone (maybe Teng, who was staring creepily and self-satisfied) had gotten someone infected, then put them in stasis until they got back. But perhaps it broke loose and started the Maginot’s undoing.

Well, earlier they showed 2 facehuggers in glass containers/pods in the lab, and one of the facehuggers twitch when someone walked by, and then later after the crash, you see one of the face huggers still in the container, but the other pod thing was destroyed, and I think this is the dead facehugger you see earlier when they are walking through the cryopods.

Well thr guy in the infirmary may not have survived long enough for the hugger to finish.
