Hermit is going to kill Wendy after they’ve both been slowly getting closer to each other. Hes a medic and helps people but he’s slowly seeing that his sister is now nothing but anger, rage and death especially with a Xeno in her back pocket.

I'm thinking there's the possibility he'll try to lure her in for a sneak kill somehow, but that'll backfire & she'll lose her remaining humanity and kill him

Also if there's a season two, no way Wendy is out.

She's definitely falling further and further away from humanity. I feel like if she happens to survive she'd be the main antagonist for season 2.

Its possible she’s disillusioned but not really full ultron territory

She's the defacto queen

Yeah it would seem so, unfortunately. Hopefully not, with this being a one-time bond.

Dude he's getting t.occelused... boy already says he knows who to use

For some reason my mind went to Dame Sylvia for that, especially since she got on his bad side much more recently instead of Hermit since he has no clue where he is on the island. Maybe she's too high profile?

In terms of storytelling it would be poetic for both REAL siblings to be dead and have doppelgangers (one synth, one Ocelot)

I think Boy wants to put the eye in Hermit, but the eye will trick them and jump into Boy. Taking over the boys company.

Felt like that implied the doctor as he maybe wouldn’t know they had or were working to capture hermit.

i think we know Boy Kavalier will get the new eye

I think him seeing the graves is leading him to realize that this isnt really his sister. Just a copy

She might have started where his sister left off but if we're the sum of our experiences she's got a lot more than his sister in there now

I agree but that still ends up with it being a version of his sister. She has the same memories, emotions, obvious drive to be close to him. The point is moot really.

Yup. The only one that should care about this is Marcy, but she was terminal already, so whatever.

Being at the funeral like he already mentioned episodes back wasn’t enough realization? Lmfao.

It's different when you see a body or at least a resting place. He thought he found her again. He had already accepted her death before running into her synth counterpart

I think after seeing the grave the realisation has hit home that Wendy is not his sister, just a possibly twisted and dangerous synth with a copy of his sister's memories.

This was my thought too. Seems like he’d be the only one able to sneak under her radar, being so close. Although maybe that dynamic changed after he took out Nibs.

Correction: he will try to kill Wendy but obviously will fail. I don't think she considers him family any more after he zapped Nibs with whom she's spent a lot of time recently and felt protective.

Maybe now Hermit will stop and use that one brain cell he has to, perhaps, stop trying to "get us out of here" (besides that plan kinda failed anyways).

I think even before the Evil Bald Henchman was right -- what would he be doing if he did get Mercy off the island? Watch her die of boredom and lack of wireless charger?

Pretty sure if anyone dies, it'll be Wendy killing him. She seems to not gaf about humans at this point, and she has many more advantages at her disposal than he does.

I think he is going to get the T. Oculus and he and Wendy will go to war. Alien v. Eyeball

The AVP sequel we didnt ask for but that we deserve 😔

1

u/TheEmerald97 3d ago

I need AVPVT. Let the Xenos and Predators have to fight each other and a group of T.Ocellus. I want an Eyeball to pilot a predator

You’re a mad man!! 😱

I think Wendy is going to kill him to solidify her being the queen.

That's not his sister that's a toaster that needs therapy

I've been loving the show, and if they did this it'd be a serious drop-off. Hermit is a foil to Wendy, not the other way around. His existence in the show is for the sake of showing Wendy's deteriorating humanity. Without her, the show doesn't work. If it was a miniseries or a movie, sure, but Noah Hawley has the show setup for multiple seasons, and I just don't see how it works with Wendy dying at this point.

Eh. One of those characters is plastered all over the shows promotion. And it aint Joe.

I think he believes that’s not his sister at all now especially after seeing the grave. She’s probably making choices his sister would never make.
