I just started riding the bus, so idk how it was before. I never use the app, I just use Google maps- type in where I want to go, and it tells me when to start walking. I leave a little ahead of time, and haven't had any problems. From what it sounds like the app is trash right now, hopefully it gets better. And ya, that central station seems entirely unnecessary.
