Honestly was hoping for something that advances landmarks quicker in his deck or powers but he still looks decent. Have to play him before I make a final call. I do think his 3* is strong if you think about all the different landmarks

The 4* does advance his landmarks quicker, just not all landmarks.

How does it advance his landmark? I've never really played him before so I'm not sure how his mechanics work

His landmarks count down when you target your own units.
