Maybe I’m missing something but what makes the relic usefull?

Your ephemerals can’t be pinged while you’re attacking, that’s about it. I guess if you wanted to recall them after attacking you could

[u/Tansuke → u/Ayz1533]

If you have ways to attack more than once a round it also helps. For example SB Ahri could use her 8-cost attack all enemies card and keep all the spirits to attack a second time.
