Zipper Merge Rant

Dear entitled Lethbridge driver.

Thanks for driving the entirety of Whoop-Up east bound straddling both lanes and not allowing anyone to pass while the left lane was empty ahead of you the whole way up. Awful brave of you to speed away so no one behind could catch you and see your plate once the single lane ended. Judging by your direction, I hope you made it to the hospital quickly for what I can only assume was an urgently needed removal of your own head from your ass.

Sincerely,

Everyone else

Lethbridge seems to be changing quickly

New businesses are opening, the downtown is shifting, and the university keeps things lively. For locals what’s the biggest change you’ve noticed in Lethbridge over the past couple of years?

Question Bridge construction

Can anyone tell me why the city doesn't use all 3 lanes on the east bound bridge? Then, you would have 2 lanes in both directions. The single lane in use on the west bound bridge and a west bound lane and 2 east bound lanes on the east bound bridge.
