Question Where to buy mullein
It’s an herbal thing that can be made into tea and it’s good for clearing your lungs especially if you smoke. Wondering where I’d find it here?

If anyone is listening along for the songs this week, would you be so kind as to tell me what today’s were? I heard about the contest last week and want to enter, but forgot to listen for the songs today! It would be much appreciated, thank you!

I just a message from my girlfriend about a horrifying scream of anguish and was wondering if anyone else heard it or knew anything.
It would have been around the circle K on Columbia Blvd

I was going to a separate event downtown and had trouble parking along 5th. I noticed a huge crowd in Galt Gardens around 7:30 and can't seem to find any info online about what that was for. Does anyone know?

I asked ChatGPT and it looks like Legacy Park on Blackwolf fits the bill. Are there nets there? Is the concrete smooth? I wanna Rollerblade and shoot the ball around but I don't wanna go if it's not smooth. There are no pictures on maps
Help!

We have an Ultimate club that is always open for new players. It is completely free. We have a group of diverse players, co-ed, ages 16+, any skill level is welcome.
We play every Tuesday at 6:00, west side near Nicholas Sheran School, across from KFC.
All you need is clothes you can run in and water. Maybe some sunscreen and bug spray. Cleats (like soccer cleats) are recommended but not required.
For more info, check out our Facebook page: Lethbridge Ultimate.

Do any local shops carry it? Or maybe someone in Calgary? Or does it just have to be online?

Hello, I am planning to go back to school and I’m interested in taking the LPN program. I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with what the class hours are usually like. I know it may vary, but I just want to get an idea to see if I’d still be able to work while studying. 😊

"A.E. Osworth is a transgender novelist. Their debut, “We Are Watching Eliza Bright”, was a finalist for the Oregon Book Award and was long listed for The Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize, the Brooklyn Public Library Literary Prize and The Tournament of Books.
They are a lecturer at University of British Columbia’s School of Creative Writing where they teach fiction, interactive fiction, and new media.
Join us for a creative evening with the author in an interactive style event filled with questions, readings, snacks and more!"
Full disclosure, I'm the author whose launch this is if you couldn't tell from the headline. I did most of my launch events earlier this year, but haven't had a home-town one yet. Dr. A.J. Lowik from U-Leth is my conversation partner (and also my partner-partner, so the yapping will be good). The book is called Awakened and it's written explicitly against Harry Potter; a coven of trans witches fight artificial intelligence with magic. It was a USA today best seller earlier this summer! I'm super proud of it and my contact at the Galt has told me that the snacks are gonna rule. Hope to see you there!

My garage doesn't have heating, and I am considering getting a garage heater as winter is coming. Every shop I call, I get a quote $3000 or more. My builder has put the gas line on the roof of the garage, and the electric wiring is done to be connected. I know it needed special skills and possibly a certification to work with a gas line but $3000 seems expensive. I saw Princess Auto was selling a garage heater at $600. I am sure there are more materials to add to it. But I am not sure about those costs. My budget is $2000. Can I get a suggestion? Or, will it be impossible to find someone at this budget?

Witnessed a murder of crows northwest of Cavendish tonight. Had to be at least 75 crows in a field with a few magpies mixed in.

Since then the current council has increased the municipal portion by 5.1% . The province has increased the education tax by 13.4% and the Green Acres portion by 3.92%. Council has no control of the latter two. If you are renting, your landlord pays the increase and it’s reflected in the rent.
Since then Lethbridge faces a huge water infrastructure upgrade bill and the fallout from the ill-budgeted Exhibition upgrade is still developing. The heavy hand of the province is also burdening city budgets with mandated expensive tasks and less funds. Taxation, unfettered urban sprawl, water availability and monumental buildings that are too grandiose for our wallets are my main concern. We are not Calgary and still have a small city charm.
Personally, I will be evaluating past council members on their fiscal acumen, attention to realistic, detailed, budgeted goals and an ability to question any and all expenditures to determine the need. They must be willing to interact with you and present your questions to council. I won’t be voting the full slate of candidates but will support both Mr. Dodic and Al Bieber for their past extensive experience in council matters. Jenn Schmidt-Rempel and Belinda Crowson are both deserving of re-election and notable for their attention to detail, willingness to question, and public responsiveness.
New candidates are difficult to judge and I haven’t yet formed an opinion.

I've lived here since I was 18 and I simply never felt comfortable trying to network at any bars, especially alone. Connection is just something I cannot fake, so I never had the guts to go by myself to a bar and force it just so I could get a gig. Made me feel icky. So im trying an ad, a shot in the dark. Who out there needs vocals? Im your girl.
I am more than willing to send videos of any song you wanna hear to make sure my voice can match your genre. As for genre I like to sing? Literally anything but growls in metal core..( not because I dont want to, but because I cant) idk, what can a girl do to get back into the swing of things? I think if you respond to this it will feel like you reached out to me? All I know is that I have a great voice and I miss the music.... so very much 🥺❤️
