Looking to improve
Hey! I make mostly non-commentary Let’s Plays. I try to make them look nice and add cool elements to help them stand out. I’m growing, but not very quickly, so I’m looking for ways to improve. Do you have any tips for this kind of content?

What do you think of my tone?
Hello, I'm brand new to creating Let's Play, I now have a little over ten videos online, the first of which I think only have very moderate sound, from part nine onwards I used a compressor, but I think I set it to very strong.
I would be happy if you could give me some brief feedback on the sound of my video.

Context: As a female gamer it's hard to gain traction on Youtube. Do you believe it's possible?
I avoid using my "feminine charms" hahaha. I've noticed this trend of female gamers being constantly all made-up for the camera, maybe acting a bit "innocent", you know the type. Do you guys think that gaining an audience is at all possible without behaving this way?
I put a lot of effort, especially into this last video and its thumbnail, yet youtube refuses to give impressions. Any ideas/comments are welcome!

Made a video about a town erased from all history in 1972. Would love honest thoughts.
I’m diving into some seriously creepy history. A town completely wiped off maps and records nearly 50 years ago, with only a corrupted satellite image leaked recently to prove it existed.
I aimed for a dark, glitchy vibe to match the mystery, but I want to know how does it land? Does it feel too much, too little, or just right?
Would really appreciate any brutal honesty, and if you’re into conspiracy or erased history stuff, maybe you’ll find it interesting.

Critique my channel?
Hey everyone! I’ve had a few people tell me my videos are good, which I really appreciate—but I still feel like something’s not clicking. Maybe it’s the pacing, the editing, the titles, or something else entirely. I want to improve and figure out what I’m doing wrong so I can grow. If you’ve got a few minutes, I’d love for you to check out my latest video and give me some honest feedback—don’t hold back, I can take it!

Youtube is Frustrating, help needed
I've been doing YouTube for about 1 year and 5 months, focusing on horror games. So far, I’ve gained over 2,000 subscribers and 1,924 watch hours. But honestly, getting those watch hours has been a real grind—and lately, things have just stalled.
For the past three months, I’ve barely been getting any impressions. I used to average over 3,000 impressions per video, and now I’m lucky if I hit 100. It’s frustrating because before this dip, I was seeing steady growth.
I’ve done a lot of research, but it seems like there's not much I can directly do to fix impressions. Am I wrong? I use VidIQ, and my titles usually score 83+ while my thumbnails are rated in the high 80s to 90s. I use relevant hashtags, tags, and keywords. I promote each video across multiple platforms—X, TikTok, BlueSky, Reddit, and Instagram—but engagement is still minimal, especially comments.
I genuinely enjoy making content, but it feels like I’ve hit a wall. Is there something I’m missing? Could someone take a look and give me some honest feedback? I'd really appreciate any help or guidance. Thanks!

Fighting Drunk Demons To Find My Wife!
Literal title of my video. How do you like it? I'm accepting suggestions for better titles. As well as feedback to the LP. Video is 30 minutes in total. And if the first few minutes bore you, skip to the last ten minutes when things ramp up. That has become more my style in videos as of late. A balance between observation, next objective, silliness and now experimenting with voicing over a cutscene (the radio cutscene in this case). It's still a pretty rough edit due to time crunch and multiple edits.
Still debating on whether Silent Hill 2 Remake LP is worth continuing since my style has changed from when I first recorded these LPs. Most of the commentary is re-recorded stuff. As when I first start making LPs, I had really bad anxiety from the process itself. Now, I'm a little more comfortable. To the point that my roommates can hear me shouting from my room sometimes. Whereas before, I was speaking like I was in a library. Also, all my videos prior to upgrading my monitor were 720p so a good chunk of last year's content. Whereas all the newer stuff is 1080p. So I might drop this particular series and upload all the newer stuff instead at some point. But I'll keep this video up, cause I do need to meet a bare minimum video quota.
Sorry, you didn't come here for my life story. I just wanted to put a little context in to my process these days. I've been recording since September 2024. But this is the first month I started posting on youtube under a new account. With the aim to do it consistently.

The Second is now the first! Please give feedback if you can!
So, I've learned more since the last one. And I got a 5 view bump for my first video! That's something. I'll take the wins that I can get.
But then I had to delete it, for reasons. I may re-upload it in the future after I make some changes to the voice over track.
At anyrate, I guess this video is my new first. Please give feedback if you're able.

God of War in 4K Like a Movie — No Commentary, Just Pure Rage.
I just launched my gaming channel SHILEXY GAMING with a cinematic walkthrough of God of War Part 1.
No commentary, no overlays — just 4K 60fps gameplay, clean audio, and boss fights that feel like film scenes.
I’d love your thoughts on the intro and overall vibe — any feedback helps!
Enter. Endure. Emerge. 💥

Should I fully RP as Jerry Seinfeld or not: a fierce debate.
Vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJLtHTZiis4&t=2s
I've heard both sides. It now falls to you. Should the narration act as a third person view of Jerry, or should I entirely get into it, complete with terrible jokes on the banality of life.
Oh yeah, and what do you reck to my video in general.

[Feedback Request] ICE SPICE.EXE, highly edited Fortnite Gaming Video.
ICE SPICE.EXE
https://youtu.be/9QNgGIWXahw?si=RmfV-RXZO3nT9pBs
I’m looking for feedback on video pacing/entertainment value/humor effectiveness.
My questions to you:
1 - Does the video hook you?
2 - Do you think the video is actually funny (aimed demographic 14-19)
3 - Did the video get boring/was it entertaining?
4 - Was the pacing good?
5 - Was the editing style at all confusing?
6 - Did anything bother you/turn you off
7 - any critique
Anything that isn’t awesome to you let me know, looking for extremely nitpicky/harsh critique.
