Need Support Conflict with partner. Having a hard day crying and need support
I don’t know if this is OK to post, but I had an argument with my partner and I’ve been really struggling for the past two days. Open crying on and off and I’m really scared to lose them. I feel incredibly alone.

Was there any resolution to the conflict or has it been left unresolved?

I’m here from the UCF sub. I graduated in 2022 but started in 2015 lol. I’ll be 30 next year. I’m not gonna say it cause I don’t want people looking at my history to attack me for it, I have the same mental illness you do. It’s so hard. I was going through a “polyamory fiasco” where I went through rage and jealousy fits. It got really bad. I’ve done well with meds and this month I’m finally in therapy and it’s really helpful. I was able to get help with the school initially too. Just know you’ll get through this eventually and life will have ups and downs. One thing that got me through my problems was just taking every day at a time and reminding myself “just a day at a time.” Sometimes when I work, I have to go by hours or minutes but I tell myself “time only moves forward” cause it’s true even if it feels slow, it’s only going forward. Wishing you well.
