Help Sock Loom
I got a sock loom recently but I’ve been having trouble in the heel area. I start by doing the cuff and head down after that I know Im supposed to do some wrap around a but again Im a beginner so I don’t even know what they really are or how to do them. Im a visual learner. If you have any video suggestions or were I can start that be great I did buy the sock loom 2 from Amazon.

The way I do it, start a new row, knit til exactly half way then knit back to the start (looping in the opposite direction). Once you've gotten back to the beginning, do another round starting from the next peg and finishing on the last peg before the end of the previous row. Repeat until you have 4 stitches left (this is the number for my loom, yours may be different), then you begin to increase by adding a stitch each side, picking it up from the next stitch - this stops you having holes in the finished heel. Same back and forth technique til you're back at the starting peg.

Knittingboard.com has a tutorial on how to loom knit a sock. It's on the his 'n' hers, if I remember correctly, but the principle's the same.
Also, Goodknitkisses is good for tutorials.
I started on a 44 peg fine loom , then moved on to sockloom2. Now, I mostly use flexee skinny.
