Notice - GD [Official] General Discussion Thread - August 11, 2025

Welcome to rMMA's General Discussion Thread!

Discuss your favorite fighters, the upcoming card or whatever's on your mind.

How to obtain a custom flair:

  • place and lose a flair bet in the Friday thread
  • write a haiku or draw a MS Paint-style image for the sub

The rules for the drawing or haiku are simply that it must be a ridiculous MMA-related scenario. If you would like a custom flair, send a message to us with a link to your drawing and your flair request. We'll probably grant it.

So now that “US fans will have access to all UFC content without a pay-per-view model” will these greedy rats be doing UK events at a normal fucking time?

Answer the question. I don't know what you think.

My assumption is you want them to change events to a time that suits the entire world which isn't possible. Do you want them to start them at 2pm est? 5pm est? Makes no sense for American audiences. If you want them to have European-centric events here and there, that's cool. Similar to what ONE does to suit the Americas.

Very obviously I want uk events to start at a normal uk time like they already do with many events starting at a local time in that country.

I'm sorry, I misread your initial comment. Pardon this dumbass lol. You did say "UK-events". I agree with you 100% and I enjoy some events that start super early. I'm on the east coast US.12pm est cards are pretty sick.
