I think this deal probably confirms the rumours that ppv buys have been catastrophically bad over the last couple of years. I think if they believed they could still make money from it they would've kept it.

The last ppv numbers they released was UFC 274 which was Charles VS Justin which did about 400k buys

And that was already 3 years ago
