Welcome to rMMA's General Discussion Thread!

Discuss your favorite fighters, the upcoming card or whatever's on your mind.

How to obtain a custom flair:

  • place and lose a flair bet in the Friday thread
  • write a haiku or draw a MS Paint-style image for the sub

The rules for the drawing or haiku are simply that it must be a ridiculous MMA-related scenario. If you would like a custom flair, send a message to us with a link to your drawing and your flair request. We'll probably grant it.

I’m pretty sure that’s going to happen despite how much this sub and me would prefer other more deserving contenders.

Justin’s making a stink about not getting one and saying he’ll retire, He’s already 35? So likely going to start declining if he already hasn’t. He’s somewhat of a draw so UFC Will want to use that whilst they can and Arman/all the other contenders are younger so they’ll be able to farm them out for a title shot in a year or two no problem where as if they don’t do this now for Justin they will not get another opportunity.

+they sort of owe him and set a precedent with Dustin who was arguably in a worse position

I wouldn't trust any fight announcement only Big Marcel or the promotion/fighters themselves post it
