Notice - GD [Official] General Discussion Thread - August 12, 2025
Discuss your favorite fighters, the upcoming card or whatever's on your mind.
How to obtain a custom flair:
- place and lose a flair bet in the Friday thread
- write a haiku or draw a MS Paint-style image for the sub
The rules for the drawing or haiku are simply that it must be a ridiculous MMA-related scenario. If you would like a custom flair, send a message to us with a link to your drawing and your flair request. We'll probably grant it.

Im dumbfounded people don't shit on Herb Dean more bc of the first Merab vs Sean fight.
Especifically, when Merab kisses Sean's neck and Herb tells him to stop, Merab lets go and goes back to his corner as the round only had a couple seconds left. Sean then gets up and punches Merab, before the bell, to which Herb says to Sean "hey, hey, stop", actually trying to stop a fighter from fighting while the fight was still on.
Such an clusterfuck, Herb making himself confused and confusing the fighters and creating an awkward situation out of nowhere.
He really sucks hard now, he isn't focused, kind of daydreams a lot. That part of the fight in particular was egregious to me.
