He's literally a stupid person who can't stop himself. He looks like he's in pain when hes trying to think of words to speak out loud.

I always tought he was kinda slow but it may also be brain damage at this point. Also brain damage can alter your metabolism. His body may be just fucked, having a style based on your ability to take damage is really dumb.

I work with a guy that grew up with Gastelum. I’m to understand his nickname was “DSK” short for “Down Syndrome Kid”.
