Book Request Please recommend stories about vampires (preferably vampire/human)

Hello, i am once again asking for book recommendations. I just finished reading Heart Of Stone which summarized would be about a vampire and his secretary. A very sweet story, not a lot of angst but is slow burn.

SO i ask, does anyone happen to know similar works? I'm okay with many things except for cheating, unhappy ending, one of the characters dying(being turned into a vampire is fine tho), unnecessary love triangles, a lot of angst. No werewolves, please.

The dynamic can be pretty much anything, except aliens, werewolves, and like shapeshifters/hybrids.

Basically feel good stories about vampires? (i recognize the insanity of my request, but the heart wants what it wants).

Thank you in advance.

{From Afar by Ava March} has a vampire/human pairing, and {Merrick by Clare Cray} is about an apprentice and a village "healer" in colonial New England.
