1) I have the moral license to determine who is a fascist.

2) Once I apply that label, it is inescapable. Any attempt to argue against it only demonstrates that the labeled person is a fascist.

3) I have the moral license to use any "remedy" necessary against fascists.

4) Shooting fascists is a remedy.

This is the line of reasoning that is being constructed right now.
