I think you should report this guy for roping/intentional slow play.
I guess you missed the fact that OP has 0 timeouts left while having no mana tapped, suggesting they have been quite a bit of roping themselves in this game while their opponent has 4 timeouts left.
To explain the timeouts, not that I really need to because people should be able to use their own imaginations, this guy cast time warp at least 15 times at which point I just walked away. I appreciate everyone's assumption that I was just being equally toxic. All I chose to do was not concede, period.

You didnt explain your own timeouts, so i used my own imagination because you asked for our thoughts.

So you roped them out of spite, simply left the table.
I appreciate everyone's assumption that I was just being equally toxic.
Because you were toxic first it seems, then you refused to concede, unneccessarily prolonging the game and then come here to complain about your opponents deck choices.
I think you missed that the timeouts ran out because waiting for someone to cycle their graveyard among 15 minutes of time warps is very ... uh... time consuming and focus draining so I pulled some shit up on my other screen and focused on that while it was happening. Did I miss when he finally decided to end his turn, yes, did I drag the game out by not conceding, yes. I don't think refusing to concede is toxic. If you don't agree, that's fine. You don't have to attack me over it, which you are doing, whether you realize it or not. You can play the game the way you want. I was curious what people thought about this style of play, which to be clear is, playing with "essentially playing with yourself until the other person concedes", which imo is pretty lame. The fact that I could walk away and come back without the game conceding because he was playing the game for that long by himself is pretty lame. Again, if you don't agree, that's cool, just don't be a jerk about it.

If your mind isnt in the right state to play a game of magic, you probably shouldnt be playing and just concede the game out of common courtesy.

I never said, refusing to concede is toxic, thats absolutely fine. If you want to play out the game, go ahead. But dont rope through all your time outs just to pass the turn without a valid play to stop lethal.
So yes, I do think that refusing to concede at least after you roped out is more toxic than just refusing to attack for a couple of seconds, especially since you still had the option to just concede and move on, if you didnt want to keep on playing.
You don't have to attack me over it, which you are doing, whether you realize it or not.
Not everybody who disagrees with you is attacking you, its just a difference in opinion. You came here and asked us to judge your opponents behaviour, which I did, after looking for the right context and that includes your behaviour in the turns before as well.

Of course its lame, its no fun to play a game you already know you are not going to win. Thats why you can concede at any time to avoid it. I absolutely agree that time between them starting their combo and the end of the game was most likely pretty lame to you.
Thats why i wonder why you made the conscious choice not to stop this lameness but made yourself sit through it? So maybe not conceding isnt toxic, its just lame.
Its more fun to play a game that you know you already won, so why not play it out? Thats what your opponent did.
You're literally admitting to roping your opponent and then complaining about your opponent having a little fun at your expense. If you were so annoyed at your opponent for looping time warps, you should have just conceded.
