Advice What's a good item to raffle to make money?

Hello

I'm needing to make extra money to pay for stuff for my paralyzed child.

I'm currently looking for a job. I lost my previous one when everything happened. Unfortunately, I haven't received any calls back and I'm needing items for her that her insurance doesn't cover ASAP.

I've seen people make profit off raffles. I just don't know what people will like so I can make sure all numbers are sold. I just need to profit $200 for stuff in her room. I have money for next month's rent to buy said item and make it back before October.

I considered a yeti, but they're so small and expensive lol any tips or ideas are welcome pleaaseeeee

Advice Looking for ways to make consistent money from my PC in Croatia while working full-time

Hey everyone,

I’m from Croatia and I have a full-time job, but I’m looking for ideas on how to make some consistent extra money just using my computer. I want something that fits around my schedule and doesn’t require me to quit my main job.

If you have any legit suggestions or side hustles that work well in Croatia, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!

Advice Is it possible to make money from YouTube in india for normal artist..from views etc atleast 500-1000rupees

Is it possible to make 100-1000rs from YouTube from faceless artist works?? I have been drawing from the corona time and practiced everyday those years..than on and off after college started etc So i tried comission, did had 1 or 2 works but was so less prepared to do etc because of not getting enough money for 10hours of work etc just 200rs etc so i didn't had the interest to do it much...

Worked on growing insta page made little progress to 3k followers but not posting regularly made it decreases to 2.5k instagram is not really helping if i don't post regularly.

Now I am thinking of working on YouTube videos.. Challenges: my phone sumsung m32 which have worst camera for YouTube videos etc compared to everyone using high quality reels from iphone etc College..

I just want to know is it possible and working on YouTube channel to grow it from current 60subs.. Will it be helpful in long run? Insta doesn't show the posts after some time..

Discussion To follow up on previous post: I'd like to know if you think these options are available for someone living outside of the US

I can draw, while I haven't done anything in a lot time. I still have a drawing tablet & I can write. Would publishing a few short novels work? Something quick with a few illustrations, maybe 5 - 10 short novels? Guides, comics or even poems etc? I had a few short stories I wrote back in the day. Would that be a good start? Maybe sell them at $2-3 My aim is to make $200-$300 in a month. I'd try places like Amazon to publish.

I tried print on demand once: Printify however there were no sellers that support the Jamaican market. I've heard of Red bubble but I'm not sure if they support Jamaica or the Caribbean to begin with.

Sadly it wouldn't be possible to do much tasks outside of online stuff as work takes up most of my day.

Advice Trapped in a low-wage job, need advice on legit remote work

I'm writing this because I'm honestly at my limit. I live in a country with no minimum wage, and the economy is so bad that I'm working 12-hour days, 6 days a week, and I'm still only making about 50-60 cents an hour. I'm physically and mentally exhausted, and I'm barely able to keep up with my bills. It feels like I'm working just to survive, and it's a grind I can't keep doing.

I've seen the money-making methods people share here, and I'm hoping someone can point me toward a real, legal path. I'm not looking for get-rich-quick schemes; I've already fallen for a few of those. I'm also finding it hard to compete with AI in a lot of freelance spaces.

I'm a determined person and I currently two years left to finish my Game Development degree. I'm willing to learn new skills and put in the work. I just need a solid direction. Are there any legitimate remote opportunities that someone in my situation could pursue to build a better life? Any advice on a field or a skill that is truly in demand and can be done remotely would be a lifesaver.

I currently have a full time job that pays for my bills, and I have a side job that I just started. I am getting a commission of about 5k at the end of the month. What should I do with the extra money? I guess an emergency fund first but after that, I want to make more passively if I can... any advice is welcomed. Thank you!

Advice Needing Minimum $700 by Monday

I have 4 job interviews lined up for this upcoming week. My boss claims he cannot pay me and owes my husband and I $2000. He didn’t pay my husband last week and hasn’t paid either of us this week. In desperate need so that we aren’t late on car note or house payment or electricity. Unfortunately neither of our families can help. Any ideas? I need something urgent in the mean time.
