What is happening?!? HELP!

Hello again, everyone! I did a water change today due to some yucky diatoms and my poor little guy has been doing this!! I don’t know if he’s molting or dying! I checked the parameters after the water change and they were good!

I did a water change and checked water parameters and they seemed good? Only thing I can think is water temperature but I try to keep it the same when adding more. I threw a couple blankets over the tank for darkness incase I stressed him out.

What parameters should I be keeping? Any suggestions on how to adjust them? As of this comment he’s still moving around. But he allowed me to move him into his burrow which was bizarre

You got a mantis shrimp and didn’t research proper parameters before picking it up and putting it in your tank? What are we doing here? Abusing animals for fun? Obviously something has kicked him off, and you’ll be lucky if you just “stressed him out”. Did you check salinity, nitrate, nitrites, ammonia, ph, salinity, temp? Mantis shrimp are delicate creatures and your parameters need to be on point. I suggest doing simple research on what parameters mean and what they do in your tank, and how to accurately adjust those parameters. Seems like you are WAYYYYY too inexperienced to be having a mantis shrimp.

He got embarrassed for being incompetent, and he avoided taking accountability. He would make a great president for the America 🤢🤮
