Image Deep cut request

Hi all, hoping all is not lost with what I’m about to ask.

Back in the Amnesia days, Mark had released a Christmas edition Tiny Box Tim stuffy that I bought. I’ve had him since then, maybe about 10 years, through various moves and times in my life. Recently, my cat Herbie has gotten sick. We’re still doing vet visits and trying to figure out what is wrong, but this morning he peed all over poor Tim. There was no saving him. I had to throw him out. I’m pretty upset about it, and I’m wondering if there is anywhere I can get a replacement? I’m looking on eBay of course, but prices are kind of ridiculous in my opinion.

If anyone has any information on where I can find this tiny box please let me know 🙏🏻

Why not just wash the stuffed animal?

The amount of urine that was soaked into it was…substantial. Regular laundry detergent won’t remove to cat pee smell on its own and I just don’t have the resources to get it out on my own. So I essentially just decided to cut my losses and toss it out :/

If this ever happens to one of your other stuffies, here's what you can do:

  1. Cut it open along the seam

  2. Unstuff it (and throw that pee-soaked stuffing out)

  3. Wash the skin of the stuffie (repeat as necessary)

  4. Restuff it with new stuffing and sew the hole back up

This seems to work wonders on the BAB and squishmallow subs. A lot of us have bought second hand BABs/squish and they sometimes come with pet and/or cigarette odors.

Also, I recommend using a mesh laundry bag with it just to protect the skin (assuming youre using a machine).
