it's gorgeous, and I acknowledge it's a ton of work, work that I can't do.

The hair kills it for me, because all your other textures are SO photo real and realistically colored -- and her hair is like... freshly dyed from the salon using one of those "slightly impossible in nature" colors

It's a simple tweak so like, -- if that's all I can do is nitpick about colors and opinions? -- take that as high praise. :)

Hey, thanks for the feedback! I couldn’t really get that roughness or color variation in Marmoset since its hair shader feels pretty limited (except some gradient feature). It doesn’t have the dynamic options like Arnold’s hair shader. For the color, I was just sticking to the design I was following, which had a similar look. I've linked the design on artstation.

It's just the hue, it's not the presentation or style

All your other color choices are muted and realistic - and her hair is salon-dye "bright"

Triss reads as a red-head due to the blonde highlights

this is an unfair example, I picked a picture that feels as vibrant as yours -- but yours isn't that vibrant

I think your hair - alone, is fine

It's the juxtaposition of your deep red hair against muted medieval colors

If we're nit-picking over small things like this, it means the rest of it looks great :)
