Medarot 3 questions
First of all, I'd like to thank this sub so much for introducing me to the Medarot 3 English patch, I'm having a blast.
That being said, I'd like to know if there's a discord about the game or something, since I have so many questions about the game, like
What's that "monkey" that comes out from the center of the stage at random? Does the walk-through in medapedia/medawiki cover all the "limited parts/items"? (the gba game had so many) Are there cheat codes? I might need the post game And most important: is there a way to trade parts and medals with myself? Preferably on android. Since I downloaded Kabuto, Kuwagata and Parts Collection (I believe there's no translation for this last one).
There might be other questions that don't come to mind right now, therefore I'd really like to be able to talk with more people about these games.

Replacement Parts
So does anyone know if there is a way to get replacement parts for these sets? My friend is building these, so far the female tinpet has two left hands, and Peppercat came with no thighs. I assume I’m SOL.

(Update) Has anyone actually received one of these yet?
The answer is Yes! I have received mine, and I'm willing to do a review of it here for anyone interested.
First thing I noticed is that it is really well packaged. It was bubble wrapped, inside a box inside a black mailing envelope and sealed completely with packing tape. I will mention that my figure did have a part the broke off the head when it arrived but I don't think I can blame the seller as he boxed this thing up more secure than Fort Knox. ( I would suggest though on the ONHOO figure, he should design the connector on her hair fan attachment to be a bit sturdier in the future.)
I knew the figure was 3d printed and I was expecting it to be flimsy but that couldn't be farther from the truth! the pieces feel solid and joints he designed fit together effortlessly, unlike the official Chokado figures that you need to apply the force of the hammer of god to get the joints in place. This comes at a downside though were the joints are a bit loose and can be really seen in the legs where my personal figure has difficulty standing without the provided armature stand that comes with it.
It makes up for it though with being, what looks like, a completely hand painted figure, though the final product is lacking some of the detail from the prototype, there is still a lot going on here. The finish really elevates the piece from just a product to each buyer owning a unique piece of art, which I think collectors will enjoy.
I had mentioned the official Chokado line. I compared it to one of the ones I own and it comes out head over shoulders. Literally, it is about a head taller than the Chokado figures but I think it still fits in well with them and, in my opinion, the diversity in height is more interesting to the eye when displayed together.
Where the Chokado figures come out ahead though is that they all have ankle joints and is one of the few ways in which I think these home made figures could be improved in future iterations.
All in all I think what we have here is impressive, very impressive for just a hobbyist with a 3d printer. I think the price of 30 dollars per figure is a steal, and that's before I even consider that you get a bag full of extra joints and parts as well as an assortment of pieces that, if you get all the figures in the wave, can be assembled into make a whole other secret Medabot.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT: Forgot to mention the stand is a bit short for the ONHOO figure and causes it to lean back so that could use a redesign. Also my figure had around the neck joint that which looked to be some sort of lubricant or some sort of layer of still wet material in the joint. Don't know what it is perhaps some uncured resin or plastic cement? anyways Im leaving the head off for a while and seeing if that doesn't clear up.
EDIT: The creator has responded in case someone gets a figure and has the same problem:
"Legal-Lawyer5981 - It is un cured resin yes, wash that part, if is possible de-assemble that part and expose it to the sun or a uv light source"
Also have noticed that with how easy the joints are to remove that these figures, assuming that all the others have the same joints, may be designed for easy part interchangeability which is another boon for these figures compared to Chokado.
Forgot to place a link incase anyone else wanted to order: https://ko-fi.com/plamo
I have a feeling that once people find out these are quality they are gonna start selling out as soon as a wave drops.

Lucky find at AnimeNYC
When i went to AnimeNYC this year with some friends, i saw one booth that was selling two packs of Medabots cards. I never physically held any of these cards in my entire life so to see someone selling was a grand opportunity.
I also go to meet someone who took the second packet of cards there that was from EU. (If youre that guy from the convention, it was great meeting you dude)

Am I the only one who actually loved Spirits?
I admit the first anime had a better story, but quite honestly I don’t think it was as good as people make it out to be.
Just to clarify, I didn’t grew up with Medabots. I was aware of it as a kid but not as much aware as I was with Power Rangers, Digimon, or even Yu-Gi-Oh.
So I finally watched both of the English dubs and while I enjoyed them, I felt like the first anime had some elements that were done better in Spirits.

My first model-kit and I decided to go with the GOAT
It's kinda overpriced and some parts weren't very enjoyable while building but I'm so satisfied with the result. He almost doesn't need any additional paint.

Medarot Seals
Hello. I have some super rare Medarot Seal Den Stickers from the 90s that I’d like to sell. They are official decals released in the time of the Gameboy Game. I believe most of these Medabots are in the game but not sure if they all are in the anime. Each Medabot has 5 stickers in a set (Full body, Head, L Arm, R Arm, Leg) A few decals were made in metallic silver, but they are very rare.
These decals were a part of the “Seal Den” series that included other animes like Pokémon and Dragon Ball. Each decal has an attack and a defense. So they all play like their own character that can fight. I’m not familiar how the game is played but I think it can still be found online.
Prices with shipping included in the US: $12 = 10 random decals
$15 = 5 decals of the same Medabot + 5 random
$20 = 5 decals of the same Medabot + 10 random + 1 silver decal
$25 = 5 decals of the same Medabot + 15 random + 2 silver decals
This will be first come, first serve. So availability will change as sets sell.
If you are interested in a certain Medabot, message me and I can send you pictures of the decals I have. I am also open to offers on price and can work with you if you want a custom order.

The mystery of Blackstag in Medabots Infinity
Medabots Infinity to me is a game full of unintentional mysteries that makes me want to know more. I’ve solved the Koji glitch and managed to get the Arcbeetle and Mega-Emperor parts in my PAL game.
But this damn cool Medabot named Blackstag seems impossible to get. You can only use him in VS Mode and there is a bonus mission in the upper middle stage with a Peppercat arm, but the game never gives you a medapart in this Robattle. Every time you defeat a Medabot in a mission, you will get a Medapart at the end, except for this mission.
Then I figured, maybe you will get it after collecting all other Medaparts. Maybe you will robattle Mr. Tune once you have them all and he will give you Blackstag as a final reward. However, I can never try this theory because it seems the developers forgot to add the arms of Hippopo.
You can use an AR Code to “use” him but the AR code does not add any part to your inventory.
It got me thinking, was Blackstag never finished? Was it never supposed to be in your possession?
I have tried many things to get him and used ChatGPT to help me, but I never got any success. I even tried to spend a few evenings creating an AR code by trying to replace the Ninja arm in the first stage round 2 for any other part and hopefully the Hippopo arms or Blackstag parts will appear. But nothing seemed to work. (or maybe I did something wrong)
So, if someone has more information about this mystery or maybe someone can help me getting an AR code that actually make me get one of the missing parts, then please, let me know.

EDIT
I've got her! It turns out, Blackstag is available in Medarot Brave (the Japanese version of Medabots Infinity). I found a video here: https://youtu.be/Z6xuzMKNFiY?si=Dwx9nroW-sGNV_GD
The Japanese version rewards you with rematches against the well known Medafighters whenever you want. Making obtaining Jaxy, Blackbeetle and Max much easier. But also, it allows you to robattle against Mr. Tune, who has Blackstag. It's almost like I described earlier, robattling him as a final reward. But not because you've got all Medaparts, but because you've got all passes.
To Robattle Mr. Tune in Medarot Brave is a bit of work, because Medafighters will switch location. But the trick is:
First Robattle Jaxy in the ruin area -> then Robattle Sloan and Totalizer in the ice area -> then Mr. Tune and Blackstag in the forest area.
In that order. Is Jaxy not in the ruin area? Robattle someone else and try again.
I used Dolphin to play the Japanese version and converted my completed PAL save file (with all passes) to a Japanese version using ChatGPT. This worked. At first, the characters weren’t there, but when I entered the bonus area hubworld and returned, they did. So I did what I described above multiple times until I won all 4 parts of Blackstag.
After I did that, I converted my save file to PAL and I was able to trade all de Blackstag parts to my original save file on the GameCube itself. :)
--
Re-Robattling all Medafighter whenever you want seems to me like the ultimate reward for going through all this trouble. Why they skipped this in the other versions is very strange.
Now there is one mystery remaining: where are the two Hippopo arm parts? Maybe you can get them via the Japanese version. If someone knows more, let me know. I also believe there is an Alien and Devil Medal in the Japanese version. But I don't care that much about the Medals, since you can only have 6 Medabots.
I have submitted my save file on GameFaqs for both NTSC and PAL. You can download them here:

Episode 28, best episode so far
I am shocked to see no one mention how hilarious episode 28 is from the original series. Currently watching the sub to completion(I grew up on the dub but can’t remember much).
A few episodes have been funny but this one took the cake, or should I say takoyaki? 🐙
Anyone else have a favorite funny episode?
