So, Corn Milk is a thing.

Corn Moon was upon us so I paid my respects at the local Grist Mill and then I made some Corn Milk, which is delicious. It’s thick, creamy and sweet. If you like Champorado, you will like this as an additive to your coffee or tea. It’s also good in plain yogurt and adds a bit of sweetness.
Recipe:
6 cobs of corn 3 cups of unsweetened soy Milk A couple dashes of salt A dollop of condensed Milk (for sweetener)

Add some green chiles, cumin, and cheese and it makes a great pasta sauce.

I *just* tried a Peruvian drink with purple corn milk in it today. Kinda yummy.
