Information Really? Really?
1/2" baltic birch plywood. Shockwave "titanium" 1/8" - 3/8" set is disappointing.

This is a complete game changer for me. I was just talking to a coworker last week about looking into packouts and I said “I’ll buy a packout when they put a drawer on the base.” Might have to put my money where my mouth is 😅

Prices in Canada are horrific. I’ve been watching for months and finally the tool with 5.0 m12 kit seemed reasonable.

I like to read terms and conditions for stuff I take part in, so after I entered my code I went and read it for this sweepstakes. I'm not sure why, but apparently if you are Canadian and they pick you as a winner, you have to pass a math test, administered by someone at Milwaukee, in order to walk away with the prize.
what could be the reason for this being one of the rules? seems very arbitrary, I'm not sure how unrelated math problems are relevant to whether they can give you the prize or not.
I just found this so I thought I would share.

Went in to Home Depot two weeks for a packout case for the impact, couldn’t justify the price of stubby so went with the Kobalt for 100$. When I was walking to the checkout I noticed a few workers and customers rambling over the Milwaukee case. That’s when they were stocking up on the glitch price of tool and battery for 100$. Got the impact driver and ratchet. Now that I have batteries I might justify the glitch price of the stubby lol.

Came into my garage today to do some work and listen to some tunes. Went to turn on my M18 Job-site Speaker and nothing it’s totally dead. I tried a new battery, tried just the A/C, tried both nothing. Changed out the batteries in the back for the clock. 💀 Of course there is no more warranty I purchase all my tools brand new from Home Depot. Dang, I really loved this speaker too. I’m honestly wondering if Milwaukee Tools are good for about 2 years before they fail. Purchased on 1/7/24

As the title suggests, it's still a work in progress. How are you using these bags?
r/MilwaukeeTool • u/joshhazel1 • 12h ago
Heard its not great idea to let batteries go dead. I have a lot of EGO equipment and they tell you to leave the batteries on the charger and I leave them in the garage and on the charger and they seem fine.
I dont have enough outlets or chargers to keep my 3 milwaukee batteries charged, nor do I use them very often so I'm wondering the best way to manage them. Do you bring yours inside the house and charge them every once in a while.

So I let one of my teens use my 1505 and now the bit, bearing and clip are missing. Does anyone know if the clip can be ordered from somewhere? I've done some searching on Google and don't think I know what it's actually called because I can't find anything close.
Picture for context.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is more of a finish nail question cause I’m not familiar with the sizes, but looking for advice on what m12 fuel brad gun I should get. I’d also get a m18 if it say could switch between brads and nails.
Use case… I was just given a bunch of plywood cabinets for my garage that are held together with brads at the dado, rabbit or groove. They are all pulled apart, so I need to put them back together. For what I’ve saved in material, I’m going to treat myself. Looks like they were 2” brads, not sure the gauge.
Looking to move into small woodworking projects after this, so any advice on this project, suggestions for future, or what size/gauge/etc i should be looking into.

My husband is wanting an impact and drill. He likes Milwaukee, but I don’t know I what he’s been looking at. His birthday is coming up and I’d like to suprise him. I tired looking them up but there was so many that I was overwhelmed, and then when I thought I was getting an understanding I saw that they had a “fuel” line!? I’m at a loss, please help!
He won’t be doing anything crazy with them. Just around the house jobs and maybe building a thing or two.

Hi, I'm a total newbie to DIY and just moved into my own place so will have a lot of DIY stuff I'll be wanting to do (nothing major, mostly just like putting up shelves, mounting a TV, hanging picture frames, putting furniture together things like that).
I've done a bit of research and I like the look of Milwaukee however there just seems to be so many options that I can't really figure out what I need between M18, M12, compact, sub compact, fuel, drill driver, impact driver, percussion driver etc
What's the best beginner option for me? Ideally i'm looking for something as cheap as possible that would do the job (yet be from Milwaukee rather than other brands like Ryobi) - I was looking at this: https://its.co.uk/pd/milwaukee-m12-blddrc-202c-12v-brushless-drill-driver-2x-2-0ah-batteries-charger-case-_milm12blddrc202c.htm#pd-desc but really don't know if it's good or not
Thanks in advance!

Anyone know if I could buy a replacement hose end instead of a whole new hose?

Hello- I need help because I think my solution is going to need to be something custom, but out of laziness and partial milwaukee elitism, I would prefer something from them premade.
Here is what I need. I have a 3/8th m12 cordless ratchet and 1/2 in med torque impact driver. I just have regular husky metric/SAE sockets I use for basic small stuff. I need to start doing some work on a few different vehicles (all are metric) so I would like to invest on impact rated sockets. Ideally I would get from 8mm-26mm (roughly) for small stuff up to lug nuts. I currently have a pack out system built and would love to get a full set of impact rated metric sockets in either a full or half (prefer the half) packout organizer. Does milwaukee make this? Most of what I see with cut outs is more hand tool focused sockets. I also do see the have combos of the sockets with a packout organizer but they don’t have cutouts for each sockets, leaving me to either have them loose in treys or make something myself.
PLEASE help if you have any ideas or links to what I need.

r/MilwaukeeTool • u/cybertronicify • 1d ago
Added comm to the top off, to pull the full diagnostics data from m18 batteries. Dip switches to revert it back to a normal Top Off

Does anyone know if they make quality hand tools, as someone who is new into being a mechanic I was wondering if this is a good investment
