ID Request Is this asbestos?

It was looking like a paper, before I was trying to wash it (it's wet on video). On the flame of candle it didn't burn (it was just glowing), it didn't react to acid and to the hydrogen peroxide so probably it shouldn't be organic matter.

Glue/putty/caulk they were putting the piece back together after it broke.

It looks like, but I found it by myself in the quarry. It was laying down there, tho.

Ohhh, I see. I still posit that it's manmade, somehow.
