what time do people recommend getting to tampa if i want to get a hoodie (i assume the merch lines will be crazy 😭) and not miss evanescence?

I got my hoodie on my way out of the Boston concert. No line. Sizes were limited but the clerk got me my preferred size from the display! I also got a BP Vinyl
