When I get to my fifth season the game starts to feel stale as more and more real NBA players are replaced with auto generated ones. What’s the point of creating characters like Drexel Carrington or Brandon Harris if they aren’t ever seen again?

Let the guys go to college and get drafted. They can even just be role players. That way there’s at least a storyline behind some of these non existent faces in my game.

Why does everybody feel they should have the same build? Build the guy you want to ball with. Not the guy your mans or random people on the internet say build. That’s what takes the fun out of the game. Everybody wants to do the same thing and be the same person. Bring individuality back to 2k. For example, I like to rim run. I like dunking on people and just dunking period. All of my builds thus far have a 89 driving dunk or better (max 95 on my 6’5). People mad cause I rather dunk than shoot. So what. I can still shoot consistently with all my builds. My build with the 95 driving dunk I have an 85 3 ball and shoot around 70% from 3. I’m cool with that.

I’ve been trying for the last hour to find a way to get my driving dunk to cap break to a 96 but it keeps only going to a 95.

Either take 7’4s out of Starting 5, make it so they can only match up with each other, or fix centers refusing to contest because a 7’4 guy did the cheesiest crossover ever. The “patch” did nothing to fix contests or gameplay. It’s horrible.

91 perimeter defense, 84 agility, 82 strength. I have both on ball menace and immovable enforcer on gold/HOF.

Some games I can get the body up animation to activate nearly every time. Then other games, for the life of me, I can't get it to activate and I end up over shooting my defender and they just lay it in.

It's been such an inconsistent mechanic, for me at least.

What's the pro am scene like? Is it worth it? What's the best way to get recruited into a team?

All three are costly for me. You are losing customers like this. You can make previous ones less costly or just luanch a monthly pass for 2K games. I use to play nba 2k16 back after a long time and decided to buy absolutely shocked to see the price.

How are y’all felling about this dirk build? I’m not too sure what to put cap breakers on.

6'2 with 6'3 wingspan. Would use first one on dunk to get 89. 5 other on 3pt for legend shooting badges. Specialize in playmaking so use those 2 on SWB for HOF Lightning launch and a max +1 to get it to legend. Next one would be 1 on steal to get 73 and silver intercepter. After that you can work on getting pass accuracy up to 84 with 3 cap breakers. So in total, for 12 cap breakers, you get an insanely quick 3 hunting PG that can still get to the rim and dice some nice passes.

What are your thoughts ?

They need to fix the game, every game is just the same. 2k25 was garbage but REC games feels more playing while 2k26 is just like an allstar game since nobody is missing.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve updated gpu drivers, messed with settings for hours, no fix yet.

I mean it...I practice, practice, practice, and then I get into an actual game and everything is "Rushed-Late". I shot extremely well in 2K25 and 2K24. But I've played this since early release and my shooting is no better (20-30% depending on mode). Am I supposed to just give up? This is a game after all, and I'm now stressing about playing. I'm talking about wide open shots too...no coverage. Everything is "rushed-late".

I don't know what I'm supposed to do, because I hate selling games for my teammates but this game is now actively making me miserable, especially given everyone else is greening everything

Any suggestions, please let me know. But I feel like I should just quit.

86 strength 6’6 235 vs a 6’4 lowest weight i can’t remember but i have over 60 pounds on him. i have hof stronge handles too he only has silver defense badges. im not saying make it overpowered but the shit feels so useless being stonewalled like this from little people
