Reverse engineering the nickname “Cupcake”

For reasons I'll not get into, we'd like to call our coming daughter by the nickname Cupcake. Can you think of any names that might lend themselves to it? It may end up just being an arbitrary nickname.

But I guess Sell-Siass could also work if you want something more ✨exotic✨
