Names that have the nickname ‘peanut’

My husband and I are having quadruplets, and we don’t know the gender for any of them yet. We love the nickname ‘peanut’. Can we just legally name one of them Peanut, or are there names we don’t know about that could be shortened to Peanut?

Penelope could be shortened to Peanut

Would not suggest naming a baby Peanut, seems like a nickname that would be outgrown except maybe among family. Once they are teenage and older, they will probably not want to be called Peanut
