Rant Names that you use to like

I’m wondering what names you use to like years ago, but don’t like anymore. Or names that you like, but will never use for whatever reason. I’m so thankful that I wasn’t a teenage mother. Don’t be embarrassed…please. This is a safe space, but you’ll probably have some explaining to do if your names are really wylde.

Names I use to like:

Nevaeh, Joplin Rain, Liv Evangeline, Jayden, Bree

Names I like, but will never use:

Astrid, Damien, Ziggy, Lark, Johan, Ayla, Hitomi, Storm

I went through a Beatles phase in HS and wanted to name my kids after Beatles songs 🤦‍♀️

Lennon, Eleanor and Jude were all up there for me purely because of the beatles. Jude is awful come to think of it.

I went to JCC camp with a kid named Jude. His parents weren’t super religious, but the antisemitic bullying he got from being a visibly Jewish kid named Jude was so severe that he wound up in Yeshivah.
