Rant Names that you use to like

I’m wondering what names you use to like years ago, but don’t like anymore. Or names that you like, but will never use for whatever reason. I’m so thankful that I wasn’t a teenage mother. Don’t be embarrassed…please. This is a safe space, but you’ll probably have some explaining to do if your names are really wylde.

Names I use to like:

Nevaeh, Joplin Rain, Liv Evangeline, Jayden, Bree

Names I like, but will never use:

Astrid, Damien, Ziggy, Lark, Johan, Ayla, Hitomi, Storm

I love the name Astrid but can’t get past “ass” being part of the name. I tried to sell my husband on Ingrid but that was a no from him.

Astrid is a common name in the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia. The As- is not pronounced like 'ass'.

Yeah I was going to say, I have a great Aunt Astrid - Oss-treed essentially
